Use these study guides to prepare for your written assessment and for your skills test. Skills testing will vary by grade level. Skills assessed will include:

 

Forward Pass: accuracy, distance, hand placement, body stance, arm motion

Centering: accuracy, distance, hand placement, body stance, arm motion

Pass Receiving: speed, pattern movement, hand position, run to an area, run and catch
